Shipping policy

Washington Process Group sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped.

After purchase, digital products are delivered electronically through download access provided on the order confirmation page and/or by email.

Because no physical goods are shipped:

• no shipping charges apply
• no shipping addresses are required for product delivery
• no shipping carriers or tracking numbers are provided

If you experience a problem receiving your digital download, please contact yolanda@washingtonprocessgroup.com and we will review the issue.

Advisory services are delivered separately based on the booking details selected at the time of purchase and are not shipped products.
