Refund policy
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the purchase is completed and the download link has been delivered.
We do not accept returns of digital products, and we do not provide refunds for:
- change of mind
- mistaken purchases after download access has been provided
- lack of use
- software compatibility issues not disclosed before purchase
- failure to review product descriptions before purchase
If you experience a genuine technical issue with your order, such as:
- failure to receive the download link
- corrupted file delivery
- incomplete or inaccessible files
please contact yolanda@washingtonprocessgroup.com within 7 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide replacement files or other reasonable support to resolve the delivery problem.
If we are unable to provide the purchased digital product as described after reasonable efforts to correct the issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Advisory services, booked calls, and custom support purchases are separate from digital product purchases and are governed by their own terms, scheduling rules, and cancellation policies where applicable.
